CREATIVE & ART DIRECTION

McArthurGlen Designer Outlets Serravalle, Noventa Di Piave and Castel Romano are the epitome of luxury destination shopping, drawing in locals and tourists from their neighbouring cities of Milan, Venice and Rome.

With such an elevated proposition, we wanted to showcase these locations as more than an outlet, but a beautiful destination with impressive architecture, outstanding customer services and world-class brands.

The creative direction was for this to be unlike our campaign, but instead to take on a cinematic, glossy, refined aesthetic, closer to that of the worlds top hotels than retail.

Four films were produced, three for our individual centres, plus a hero 60s edit covering the best of all of our Italian centres. We also produced over 100 stills now being used across the business.

The project was such a success, we plan on shooting a new collection of videos and stills for our luxury Northern European centres in 2026.
